Kris Cordle is the Founder and CEO at Devenu Collaborations. After working in the office of the CEO at Yahoo!, Kris joined Twitter in 2010 to work with CEO Ev Williams. She continued to work with the executive team at Twitter over the next four years as the company rose from a $2 billion valuation to its $24 billion public debut in 2014.

Following a sabbatical to study french full time at the Sorbonne in Paris, Kris joined Stewart Butterfield at Slack in 2015, a year after the product’s public launch. As his Chief of Staff for over 5 years, she established many of the operational processes at Slack that are now modeled on Slack instances across the globe.

Over a year after Slack’s direct listing and after the announcement of the company’s $27.7 billion sale to Salesforce, she is launching Devenu Collaborations, a firm dedicated to helping rapid-growth CEOs scale. 

Kris is known as a discreet confidant and advisor with keen observation skills and a deep understanding of human motivation. She speaks truth to power with compassionate authenticity. Kris divides her time between the East Coast and California’s coastal redwoods. She is a musician and an active student of human behaviors and botany.
